Requesting a Transcript

• Students who attended Fordham University School from 2009 and afterwards may request a printed transcript online using My.Fordham.edu (Online Access to the Student Information System). Please note PDF transcripts are only available to current students ONLY.  To login, please use your access IT ID and password.  If you have questions regarding My.Fordham.edu (Banner), please contact 877 366 HELP.
• Students may also fill out the transcript request  form and submit it to the Registrar’s Office via:

Transcript requests are NOT accepted by email or telephone and cannot be released if you have any hold on your account.
