Legal Writing and Research for LLMs
Designed for foreign-trained LL.M. students, this course provides an introduction to basic principles of American legal writing and research. Students review American research techniques and prepare documents such as memoranda, contracts, and client letters.LL.M. Notes: The course (either with or without the ESL component) is mandatory for LL.M. candidates; enrollment is determined by the Graduate Program. Required for foreign-trained students.
