Criminal Procedure: Investigative
This course will consider the principal issues of criminal investigation arising under the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendments: arrest, stop and frisk, search and seizure, electronic surveillance, lineups, and police questioning. If time permits, we shall take up some issues of criminal prosecution: right to counsel, pleas and plea bargaining, and prosecutorial responsibility.Credits: 3
