Current Supreme Court Controversies
This two-credit seminar offers an intensive study of the Supreme Court and its current Term. It focuses in particular on the controversies that the Justices confront - both the high-profile disputes that fill the Court's docket and the perennial debates surrounding the institution's proper role and operation.Credits: 2
