Returning Cap and GownUpon the conclusion of the Diploma Ceremony, students must immediately return all caps and gowns to Herff-Jones representatives at the tables set up near the exits of Radio City Music Hall. Please note that the Office of Student Affairs will neither accept apparel nor return caps and gowns on the behalf of students.DiplomasJD Graduates who did not attend the Diploma Ceremony should contact the Registrar's Office (Room 10, Garden Level) to pick-up their diplomas. Graduates who attended the ceremony, but whose diploma had errors or was not released due to a Financial or Registar's "hold," should contact the Registrar at 212.636.6801 or registrar@law.fordham.edu. LLM Graduates should contact the Office of International and Non-J.D. Programs to receive their diplomas.Vacating from the DormThe final move-out date for May 2013 graduates residing in the McMahon Residence Hall will be announced in the near future. J.D. and LL.M. candidates interested in living in the residence hall while they study for the bar exam should request a summer application from the residence hall staff. Applications will be available in March 2013.Emptying LockersThe final date for LD3s, LE4s and LL.M.s to empty their lockers is 12:01 a.m. on August 5, 2013. Items remaining in your assigned locker after this date will be discarded. Please do not remove the school-issued lock from the locker.
