Application Procedure

Space in the program is limited and early applications are encouraged. Participants are accepted to the program in the order in which complete applications are received.

In order to complete the application process:

  • Complete the registration form.*
  • Submit a $500 deposit or pay in full online by credit card. Alternatively, you may submit a check or money order to the address below. The deposit is applied toward the program cost and is nonrefundable, unless a student is not accepted into the program.

*Please Note: At the time of registration, please be prepared to upload your resume/curriculum vitae and a passport style photo. You should have these files ready before starting the registration process.

Students who require a visa for their participation in the Summer Institute must complete an AFCOE visa form and financial statement. This form should be submitted to the Office for International Services.
