Religion, Law & Lawyering

No seminar listed at this time.

Religion, Law & Lawyering exposes students to the potential contribution that religious values and reflection might bring to their approach to the practice of law. The initial part of the class is dedicated to clearing the ground of perceptions, biases, and the cultural "overbuilding" the constitutional wall of separation. the second part of the course explores distinctive perspectives of different religious traditions on ethics and justice.
