Larry Noyer Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship was established in 1999 by the family of Larry Noyer, Law 1983, to honor his memory. Larry was a former federal prosecutor who clerked for the Hon. Joseph M. McLaughlin before becoming general counsel of Barclays Bank. While in law school, he was on the editorial board of the Fordham Law Review.
Eligibility: Awarded on the basis of financial need and academic merit to a student in his/her final year who has contributed to the life of the Law School community, demonstrated a commitment to public interest and expressed an interest in prosecutorial law in the public sector.
