Experience

Scott Mollett's scholarly interests include corporate law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and comparative corporate governance.  Prior to joining Fordham, he was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where he represented public and private parties in acquisitions and capital market offerings and compliance.  His practice specialized in acquisitions and divestitures for private equity clients.  Scott received his B.A. from Dartmouth College in 2003, researched Japanese imperialism at Kobe University as a Fulbright Fellow in 2004 and received his J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2008, where he was an editor of the Stanford Law Review and Publishing Chair for the Stanford Journal of International Law.
