Michael D. Maimin is an Assistant United States Attorney
in the Southern District of New York, practicing in the Violent Crimes
Unit. Prior to joining the United States Attorney's Office, he was a
litigation associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.
Professor Maimin has spent a significant amount of time
during his legal career working on federal appellate issues, scuba
diving and playing squash (poorly).
