Professor Chris Harrison is an M&A lawyer in New York. He has experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as banking and securities. He has represented U.S. and international clients on a number of high profile transactions. He has extensive practice expenience in significant public, private and cross-border M&A deals.
Professor Harrison is a graduate of New York University School of Law, and has previously worked as a teaching fellow at the University of Southern California.
