Kurt Skonberg is a partner in the Corporate/Finance Department of Kaye Scholer LLP. His legal career has largely been devoted to the representation of large banks in domestic and cross-border securitization transactions involving the financing of such diverse assets as trade receivables, equipment leases and loans, healthcare receivables, lottery receivables, motion picture rights and commercial aircraft leases. Mr. Skonberg has extensive experience representing commercial paper conduits, and has also represented financial insurance companies and borrowers, in securitization transactions.
Prior to joining Kaye Scholer, Mr. Skonberg was a certified public accountant with a major accounting firm.
