Experience
Rochelle Korman is Of Counsel to Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP and a member of the Firm’s Tax-Exempt Organizations department, where she advises public charities, private foundations, community foundations and other 501(c) organizations. She is a former Managing Partner of the firm. Ms. Korman has written and lectured extensively in the field of exempt organization tax and governance law. She received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University (B.S., Industrial & Labor Relations) and her J.D. from New York University School of Law.
