Job Experience
Ms. Cronin-Harris served as a Vice President for ten years, and is now a Senior Consultant, to the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (“CPR Institute”), a non-profit organization that advocates increased use of mediation, ADR and conflict management systems in major companies and law firms. She directed CPR’s Training Programs, wrote numerous CPR publications and videotapes and served as a frequent trainer for CPR at law firms and corporations. She has taught Negotiation at Columbia University Law School since 1999 and has held full-time teaching positions at Fordham and Georgetown Law Schools. She has also served as a litigator and Administrative Law Judge and is Co-Chair of the Advocacy Committee for the Dispute Resolution Section of the ABA. She graduated from Fordham Law School and is a member of the DC and NY Bars.
