COMMUNITY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
5 credits (2 seminar, 3 casework)
Seminar meets on Tuesdays from 3:00-5:50 pm

CONSUMER LITIGATION
5 credits (2 Seminar, 3 Casework)
Seminar meets on Thursdays from 10:00-12:20 pm
Students must be available for casework for 12 self-scheduled hours each week,
between 9:00-6:00 pm across any three weekdays.

CRIMINAL DEFENSE
5 credits (2 seminar, 3 casework)
Seminar meets Tuesdays from 10:00-11:50 am
Students must be available for casework on Thursdays from 9:00-1:00 pm and for case rounds on Thursdays from 4:00-4:50 pm

FAMILY ADVOCACY

INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS

Recommended:  Basic course in International Human Rights

MEDIATION
4 credits (3 seminar, 1 fieldwork) 
Seminar meets on Tuesdays from 2:00 to 4:50 p.m.
Students must be available for fieldwork either Thursday mornings or Thursday evenings

Fieldwork takes place in Small Claims Courts in the Bronx, Manhattan and Queens.
Students can choose among the three Courts; decisions may be made by lottery.
Manhattan: Thursday a.m. only - 2 students
Bronx: Thursday p.m. only - 6 students
Queens:  Thursday p.m. only - 4 students

POLICY & LEGISLATIVE ADVOCACY: CIVIL RIGHTS & POVERTY
5 credits (2 seminar, 3 casework)

QUEENS DA PROSECUTION
5 credits (2 seminar, 3 casework)
Seminar meets on Mondays from 4:00-5:50 p.m.
Students must be available on Wednesdays

Fieldwork takes place in Queens Criminal Court on Wednesdays. Only 3Ls accepted due to New York Court-Approved Practice Order.

Prerequisite: Fundamental Lawyering Skills

SAMUELSON-GLUSHKO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND INFORMATION LAW 
5 credits (2 seminar, 3 casework)
Seminar meets on Tuesdays from 10:30-12:20 p.m.
Prof. Lazebnik

Prerequisites:  Fundamental Lawyering Skills; and either an Intellectual Property survey course or at least two of the following courses: Copyright Law, Trademark Law, Patent Law and/or Information Law
Recommended: Evidence, Professional Responsibility


SECURITIES LITIGATION & ARBITRATION
5 credits (2 seminar, 3 casework) 
Seminar meets Wednesdays from 10:00-11:50 a.m.
Students must be available for casework on Mondays from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and Wednesdays 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.
