Linda Lopez is Senior Staff Attorney at Sanctuary For Families, Inc., Center For Battered Women’s Legal Services since 1994. She is a graduate of CUNY Law School where she participated in the Battered Women’s Clinic. She is founder of the Law School Uncontested Divorce Project and the Spanish Uncontested Divorce Workshop. She is a seasoned practitioner of Family and Matrimonial law and is bi-lingual in the Spanish language.

Ms. Lopez was Co-Chair of the Courtwatch Project and a member of the City Bar Association Family Law Committee. She makes numerous speaking engagements including the Lorman Business Center “Law For Social Workers, Counselors, And Other Helping Professionals in New York” and has made several television appearances on the Spanish Television Station, Univision.
