Nick Goldin graduated from Cornell Law School, where he was editor-in-chief of the Cornell Law Review, and from Cornell University, where he was assistant managing editor of the Cornell Daily Sun. Following law school, Nick worked at Cahill Gordon & Reindel, the New York firm, where much of his work involved litigation and advice relating to First Amendment, media, and new technology issues. Since 2004, Nick has been an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of New York, where he is assigned to the Securities and Commodities Fraud Task Force.
