ID Cards

All incoming students are required to upload their photos on the Student Tab on my.fordham.edu.  Information on how to upload your photo (PDF). Please be advised that once you upload our photo you cannot change it or replace it.  The photo must be an accurate representation of yourself.  Furnishing false information to the Law School will result in a disciplinary action.

All new J.D. and LL.M students will obtain an identification (ID) card at Orientation.

Students must have their ID card with them at all times on campus, including when taking final examinations. Entrance to the campus and the library will be denied if a valid ID card is not presented to campus or library security personnel.  Failing to submit a photograph will result in a "hold" being placed on a student's account.   The ID card will be your identification for your entire Fordham career;  it is important to protect your ID card in the same way you would a credit or debit card.

Lost ID information:  As soon as you realize your ID card is lost, please report it as lost or stolen on the "Photo ID Services" channel available on the Student Tab my.fordham.edu.  You cannot receive a new card without first reporting it as lost or stolen via my.fordham.edu.   During business hours, to request a replacement ID card, please visit the ID Services Office, located in Lowenstein Center, Room 128A.  For more information, please call 212.636.7765. After hours, please contact the Office of Safety and Security on campus to obtain a replacement ID card.  The University will immediately deactivate any ID card reported lost or stolen, so no one else can use it.
